Hallowell, Maine – January 25, 2023 – Over the course of two days this January, Blue Marble Geographics hosted a virtual workshop to connect with Global Mapper and Geographic Calculator reseller partners across the globe. Throughout the meeting, partners learned and shared sales and marketing strategies and attended in-depth technical training.
The Blue Marble Geographics Partner Program is a community of trusted companies around the world working together to expand the adoption of Geographic Calculator and Global Mapper applications. Participating partners in the program are committed to promoting and selling GIS software and development kits and providing customers with solutions and support services to help Blue Marble better serve a global audience. The program has two designations for resellers, one focusing on software sales of Blue Marble products and the other focusing on utilizing the software for UAV and hardware integration.
Driven by the ever-changing needs and requirements of the GIS community, over 65 partners from 27 different countries joined the meeting in a continued effort to best serve the customers in their geographic region. Well received by attendees, the meeting included sessions with up-to-date information on licensing, software support best practices, and technical sessions covering Global Mapper, Global Mapper Pro, and Geographic Calculator.
