Blue Marble Geographics Webinars are free hour-long sessions focusing on particular aspects of Blue Marble Geographics’s GIS and geospatial software products. The webinars are open to everyone, however, registration is required.
Global Mapper® is a renowned software used for GIS education. Since the software is ideally suited for teaching the fundamentals of GIS, we’ve designed this event to demonstrate how to get started with Global Mapper in the classroom.
We offer free academic licensing & lab opportunities for accredited universities in the United States & Canada. Between these rich tools and our library of resources for students and professors, our academic program provides an invaluable opportunity to learn a range of skills and workflows relevant to any student’s field(s) of study at no cost.
Learn about the fundamentals of the software and ask questions about how your students can use these assets to develop their resumes and get a competitive edge on other applicants. We hope to see you at this interactive event on July 31, 2025!
