Layer Coordinate System Tab
The Layer Coordinate System tab lists the native coordinate system for the layer, along with any transforms that are being used to display it in the workspace coordinate system. It is used to reinterpret
the raw data to a new coordinate system. This is useful if the wrong system
was selected for the dataset when it was loaded, or if the data set itself
had coordinate system information stored incorrectly. This tab is rarely used. To change the workspace coordinate system, use the Coordinate System panel of the Configuration dialog.
When Time-Dependent Transformations are enabled in the Configure menu's Geodetic Settings, use the Time section of this tab to specify the date associated with the layer.
