Spatial Database Support
Global Mapper can import and export vector data to the following spatial databases:
- Esri File Geodatabase
- Esri Geodatabase XML format
- GeoMedia Access Warehouse (import only)
- Microsoft Access MDB generic (import only)
- Microsoft SQL Server Spatial 2008 and above
- MySQL Spatial
- Oracle Spatial
- PostGIS/PostgreSQL
- Spatialite/SQLite
Note: In order to import data from a GeoMedia Access Warehouse, you must have installed appropriate Microsoft Access ODBC drivers. As you are using 64-bit Global Mapper, you must have 64-bit Microsoft Access ODBC drivers. Microsoft Access ODBC drivers are linked to the version of Microsoft Access installed on your computer. If you have a 32-bit version of Microsoft Access, you will not be able to install the 64-bit Microsoft Access ODBC drivers to import a GeoMedia Access Warehouse.
