    Returns the line feature at the given index in the layer. Returns 0 if the layer does not contain a line at the
    given index or if a registration key was not found and *aLineIndex* was greater than GM_MAX_NON_REGISTERED_VECTOR_IDX.

    Any features returned from this function must be freed using a call to
    :doc:`FreeLineFeature<globalmapper.FreeLineFeature>` when you are done accessing the feature.

    :param GM_LayerHandle_t32 aLayer: Layer to get line from
    :param uint32 aLineIndex: Index of line feature to retrieve
    :returns: The feature at index *aLineIndex* within *aLayer*
