Import Map File

Tap this option to import a map file saved to your mobile device's storage. This option is accessed from the Main Menu, and is intended to create a new map from a specific existing file. To add a file as a layer to a map which is currently open in the app, the Add Layer(s) from File option should be used.

 

Accepted File formats:

• Global Mapper Mobile Package file (*.GMMP)

• GeoPDF

• GeoPackage
