Technical Support is available for the current version of Global Mapper and is included with every purchase. This covers everything from "How To" type questions, to more technical issues. Technical support is not a substitute for formal Global Mapper training, for more information on training please visit our website.

Legacy versions are not supported. We will do our best to offer support, however, you may be required to purchase the current version.

Global Mapper is a product driven by user-datamaking each support issue is unique to that problem. The more information users can provide in the support request form, the more likely tech support will be able to resolve the problem. Please provide as much information as possible.
