One year of unlimited technical support and software updates. Each subscription entitles you, for a period of one year from date of purchase, to:
All software updates of the product upon release, including minor product releases. Special upgrade pricing is available for purchase of new major product releases.
Problem reporting, tracking, and monitoring by electronic mail via the Internet. Technical support requests must be initially submitted through our website.
Telephone call-back for problem clarification and verification during our normal business hours of 9 am to 5 pm EST.
