Setup Message Configuration File
Many types of NMEA0183 compliant GPS receivers can be configured by sending
them configuration information; typically strings as defined by the receiver
manufacturer.
To configure your NMEA 0183 compliant GPS receiver you should create a NMEA
settings file containing configuration strings to be sent to the GPS receiver.
NMEA settings files are simple ASCII text files that can be created with any
text file editor.
Select the "Browse..." button within the NMEA 0183 Receiver Settings dialog to select a NMEA
settings file.
The strings within a NMEA settings file are sent to the GPS receiver when the
Geographic Tracker is placed into "Live GPS Data" mode.
