Feature Creation Options

The Feature Creation Options dialog (below) is available from the right-click Digitizer tool Options submenu. This will set the default Digitizer behavior for feature creation and attribute handling when using the Digitizer's feature creation options.

Default Attribute Handling Options include:

• Always use the default attribute from the new Feature Type
  
• Use the new default attribute value if the previous value was the default
  
• Use the new default attribute value if the previous value was empty or missing
  Always use the previous attribute value; discard the new attribute value
