Coordinate System Settings File

Stores the Coordinate System Settings for a conversion. Allows the user to use the same coordinate system settings from a particular conversion. File is saved with a .css extension.

This file is created by going to File-->Save Coordinate System Settings File.

The settings are saved for the active tab only.
